We just got more legendary creatures in Marvel Super Heroes than we usually get in a whole year, so there's been a lot of great commanders slipping under the radar, but I'd be remiss if I didn't highlight this one from the Fantastic Four precon, because it might just be one of the best four color commanders of all time.
Crystal, Inhuman Princess
Crystal, Inhuman Princess is much more than meets the eye. Her mana ability makes her four colors, not just red and green. Mana dorks in the command zone seem to often be a bit underrated, as it's not a particularly flashy ability to be able to tap for mana, but it's an integral part of what makes this commander good. Her ability to damage your opponents whenever you cast a noncreature spell is the magic sauce that makes this card all worth it.
Multicolor Mayhem
You can take Crystal, Inhuman Princess in a few different directions in terms of deckbuilding. Because of her ability to deal damage that gets better the more colors the spells you cast are, you can simply lean into that as much as possible, using cards that benefit you from casting multicolor spells such as General Ferrous Rokiric, Aragorn, the Uniter, Widespread Thieving, Mana Cannons, or any number of other cards.
Support this with a good mana base and you have a solidly fun yet competitive deck that can play good spells and chunk your opponents' life down to zero. Cards like Verdant Eidolon, Ancient Cornucopia, or Resonating Lute will make casting your spells easier and make the deck more consistent overall, especially alongside some other mana fixing cards such as Birds of Paradise.
Combo Time
Another option for this commander is taking it down more of a combo route. Because of the fact that it has the ability to tap for mana, and then ping your opponent whenever you cast a spell, it makes it a perfect piece to enable specific combos that center around casting a lot of spells over and over. By casting either Banishing Knack or Retraction Helix on Crystal, Inhuman Princess with a Sewer-veillance Cam in play, you can then use the ability to tap it to bounce back the Sewer-veillance Cam to your hand. That will trigger when it leaves, allowing you to untap Crystal, which you can then tap for one blue mana to cast the cam again, and when it enters it will untap Crystal and the process will start all over again. Importantly, you are hitting all of your opponents for 1 damage every time you do this, and therefore if left uninterrupted, this combo will win you the game on the spot.
There are a few other cards that you can put into the deck for redundancy, such as Jeskai Ascendancy. Having this out in combination with the aforementioned Banishing Knack or Retraction Helix allows you to infinitely play out any kind of 0 mana artifact.
You can also supplement this style of deck with effects like Ophidian Eye, Curiosity, and Keen Sense. Putting these on your commander will draw you a card every time you cast a noncreature spell. This adds up, and will help draw you into your combo pieces.
Wrap Up

Retraction Helix | Phill Simmer
There are a lot of fun, strong options for Crystal, Inhuman Princess as a commander, and I would not be surprised at all if it finds its way to being one of the most popular four-color commanders. Whether it be a multicolor midrange pile of good cards, a streamlined combo strategy, a combination of the two, or something else entirely, I don't think you will have a hard time making this card work.
