Our Connection to Inked Gaming

I’ve actually been a customer of Inked Gaming for seven years now. When I was looking for rewards for Draftsim’s Patreon campaign, a custom playmat seemed like the perfect thing to give away to our top patrons.

Inked Gaming had the best reputation in the industry for custom stuff at the time, and they definitely came through for me.

As I started to order and rely on them more and more, I decided to formally start recommending their products. Now Draftsim is an affiliate for Inked Gaming and we happily recommend their products in our reviews of playmats and other gear.

They check all the boxes: customer service, quality, aesthetics. Along with a strong ethos of community and artist engagement.

After working with them a long time, they even interviewed me for their website (Warning: silly personal questions inside). It was a blast to do and was great to meet their team.

Why I Love Inked Gaming

My favorite thing they do is their custom “design your own playmat” interface.

It’s so easy to use — you just upload an image file and add to cart. It’s that simple.

In a week or two, you end up with your beautiful playmat delivered directly to your door!

I’ve been using one of these playmats for years. They are resilient as heck — my friend spilled beer all over it recently and it survived! All I had to do was clean and dry it and it was as good as new.

In fact, a couple weeks ago I won a local tournament rockin’ my Draftsim playmat:

You may also recognize my finals opponent there…

Anyway, it’s been at my side through all my Magic ups and downs and taken a good amount of abuse along the way. I’ll be attending MagicCon Las Vegas this weekend and you can bet I’ll have it there in my Magic bag as usual.

Long story short: Go check out Inked Gaming. Enter their contest and see what they have to offer, I think you’ll love it and I think you’ll fall in love with the company too. The contest ends October 24, 2024.

And good luck!!
