We've gotten a lot of strange and mechanically unique cards from Marvel Super Heroes so far, both in the main set and in the Commander decksโeven the Jumpstart decks have interesting cards in them. But perhaps none of them compare to this one: Molecule Man is in the Doom Prevails precon, and it's a miracle this card even exists, because it's incredibly powerful.
Molecule Man is a six mana colorless 5/5 that gives all of your cards miracle 0. That's it, and that's all it needs to do.

For the unfamiliar, miracle is an odd yet powerful mechanic first introduced in Avacyn Restored, and it only appeared on a handful of cards. Most recently, we saw it on Lorehold, the Historian. Basically, it lets you cast a spell for a reduced cost if it's the first card you've drawn in a turn. It seems simple at first until you take into account how hard it is to track which card was drawn first and when exactly you're casting the spell.
To play with miracle cards in paper, you should be setting aside the first card you draw in a turn and looking at it, then revealing it if it's a miracle card you want to cast. If you put it directly into your hand and then try to cast it, it might be hard to prove that it was in fact the card you just drew and not something already in your hand. This seems like a bit of a nightmare, especially in competitive settings, and it's part of the reason we don't see this mechanic very often.
Additionally, normal timing restrictions don't apply, as you trigger the ability when you draw it, and then cast it right away, so you're casting the spell in your draw step (assuming it's a card you've drawn normally at the start of your turn). Alternatively, you can also draw a card on your opponents' turns and still trigger miracle, as it doesn't specify it has to be your turn, just the first card you draw in a turn.
Molecule Man as a Commander

With that out of the way, we can start to look at ways to build a deck with this card in mind. There are some clear upsides to having this card as your commander, as well as one big downside. The downside is that this card is colorless. Having a colorless card in the command zone severely limits your options of what you can play. However, the juice might just be worth the squeeze in the case of Molecule Man. His ability works amazingly well with big Eldrazi titans: Kozilek, Butcher of Truth, Kozilek, the Broken Reality, Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger, Ulamog, the Defiler, Emrakul, the World Anew, Emrakul, the Promised End. These are all hugely impactful cards that make this deck worth playing, as importantly you are getting the cast triggers from these spells when you cast them with miracle.
You could also go with more of an artifact plan, playing big stuff like Portal to Phyrexia or Cityscape Leveler just to name a few. This deck will also definitely want to play Sensei's Divining Top, as it's perhaps the best card ever printed for enabling miracle cards, as you can stack the deck however you want, and you can draw a card on your opponent's turn and continue this turn after turn.
Wrap Up

Overall, Molecule Man seems like an amazing commander, and may very well be the best card to helm your big eldrazi decks. It is also undoubtedly going to be a fun commander, as miracle makes for some suprising highs and lows. If only it wasn't colorlessโbut maybe that's for the best.
