The banned & restricted announcement on Monday went far and wide when it came to taking out format-warping cards and strategies. Vivi Ornitier, Screaming Nemesis, and Proft's Eidetic Memory were all banned in Standard. That means their prices are dropping, and so are the prices of their best synergies. This is an excellent opportunity to pick up some new Commander staples.

Just because Screaming Nemesis is banned in Standard doesn't mean you can't pick up a copy for your EDH deck. Market prices are dropping fast, and we're already at the point where you can get a copy for ~60% of the price last week.
It's also got some insane synergies with many other EDH staples and newer Avatar: The Last Airbender cards. Blasphemous Act is one you probably already have, but Fire Nation Turret enables some hilariously power shenanigans, and Volcanic Torrent isn't half-bad either.
Remembering Proft's Eidetic Memory

Proft's Eidetic Memory is another banned card with a price heading toward $0. What was once close to a $10 rare is now in the gutter at sub-$3, and I don't think it'll stop there. Regardless, it's a great engine for any blue-based +1/+1 counter or card-draw deck. Izzet cantrips also works.
Wan Shi Tong, Librarian is my commander of choice for this one. It has everything you need: A cheap commander, a mana sink, plenty of payoffs, and more ways to draw cards. Danny Pink is also good, but I'd rather have that in the 99.
Agatha's Soul Cauldron
Agatha's Soul Cauldron has seen better days. It's gotten at least a few cards banned in its lifetime, and the market price is starting to be affected. Vivi Orniter is down and out, which means this card has no new best friend in Standard (yet?). We're already down to the low 20s from high 60s, and it could very well keep dropping.
This card is entirely dependent on having another card to work with, and Standard was by far its most popular format. If you're interested in getting down and dirty with Agatha in EDH for a good price, now might be your chance.
Wrap Up
Did we mention that the price on the most popular Izzet commander, Vivi Ornitier, has also been slashed in half? Standard doesn't always get cards that work well in Commander, but the November 10th B&R is making some of the formats offerings a bit more budget friendly.
